What You Will Work On Lead end-to-end tax advisory engagements for corporate clients. Provide expert advice on ISR, IVA, IEPS, CFF, double-taxation treaties, and international tax matters. Review and challenge technical analyses prepared by senior consultants and analysts. Advice on restructuring, M&A tax implications, transfer pricing interactions, and optimization strategies. Interpret tax reforms and prepare impact assessments for executives. Manage SAT audits and represent clients before tax authorities when applicable. Oversee engagement economics, budgeting, and profitability. What You Will Bring Education Bachelor’s degree in Public Accounting, Law, Finance, or related field. Master’s or Diploma in Taxation strongly preferred. Certified Public Accountant (CPC) highly valued. Additional credentials (Diplomado Fiscal, Transfer Pricing training, etc.) are an advantage. Experience 6 – 10 years of professional experience in tax advisory, corporate tax, or tax consulting. Experience leading engagements and managing client portfolios. Proven track record advising complex tax matters: restructurings, audits, cross-border taxation, M&A tax, and BEPS/anti - avoidance implications. Big 4 or top-tier law firm experience strongly preferred. Technical Skills Expert command of Mexican tax legislation and SAT regulatory environment. Strong experience with corporate tax structuring, risk assessments, and optimization strategies. Ability to review complex tax computations, reconciliations, and filings. Solid understanding of transfer pricing principles and international tax concepts. Ability to review and challenge technical tax reports and deliverables. Knowledge of e-accounting and SAT electronic platforms. Proficiency in Excel, analytics tools, and tax software. What You Can Expect Benefits: Medical Insurance & Life insurance. Pay range: $90,000-$160,000 MXN/Month DOE Full-time consulting role. Hybrid schedule: up to 2 days onsite at the client’s office in Mexico City.
