Job Description Monks Mexico is hiring an experienced Motion Designer Monk to join a dedicated team for one of our entertainment clients. Responsibilities Deliver editing and motion graphics for a wide variety of projects, producing high‑quality work for one of the biggest entertainment brands in the world. Ideate and propose content for our client's social media channels. Create original work and develop engaging adaptations from existing styles and assets. Collaborate with world‑class creatives and makers on interactive projects. Meet and present to internal and external clients, consistently keeping the project’s big picture in mind. Develop briefs, templates, style guides, tutorials, animation ops, and provide constructive feedback. Qualifications 3–5 years of experience as an editing/animation artist. Strong command of Adobe After Effects, Premiere, Illustrator, and Photoshop. Good working knowledge of Cinema 4D and Harmony (nice‑to‑have). Clear written and spoken English; other languages are a plus. Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work with both senior and junior teammates. Experience in creative management, including brief creation, feedback loops, and documentation. Proven ability to solve problems creatively and remain solution‑oriented.
