Company Description   FoodServiceIQ helps independent restaurants improve profitability by optimizing their procurement costs. We combine deep industry expertise, data analysis, and hands-on negotiation to deliver measurable savings for our clients. Our goal is to become the trusted partner for independent restaurants nationwide, helping them navigate rising costs, complex distributor relationships, and changing market dynamics. This is a full-time, remote role based in Mexico for a highly organized Project Manager / Data Analyst who loves working with data, systems, and processes. In this role, you'll support client onboarding, organize distributor and rebate data, manage reporting files, and assist with the analysis that drives measurable savings for our clients. Key Responsibilities   AI Tools, Automations & Process Efficiency • Proactively identify internal workflows and opportunities to streamline them using automation tools (e.g., Zapier, Make, or built-in automations). • Leverage AI tools and agents to accelerate analysis, improve accuracy, and reduce manual effort. • Experiment with emerging AI and data solutions to enhance our data, reporting, client deliverables, and internal systems. • Document and standardize new efficiencies, ensuring they are repeatable and easily adopted by the broader team. • Partner with leadership to evaluate and implement scalable process improvements across onboarding, reporting, and data management.  Client Onboarding & Data Collection  • Gather client account and reporting logins during onboarding. • Pull purchase history, rebate reports, and other files from distributor portals. • Organize client folders in a clear, consistent structure. Data Analysis & Reporting  • Run Excel-based analysis on client purchasing data, including pivot tables, lookups, and reconciliation tasks. • Prepare clean, accurate reports for client delivery and internal use. Project & Process Management  • Maintain trackers and checklists to ensure onboarding and reporting are completed on time. • Coordinate across internal teams to ensure client deliverables are accurate and on schedule. • Identify inefficiencies in workflows and suggest process improvements. Systems & Tools  • Work comfortably in CRMs like Zoho to manage client and project data. • Learn and adapt quickly to new systems and distributor-specific portals. • Support data hygiene and consistent documentation across tools. Skills & Qualifications Required  • 2–4 years of experience in project management, operations, or data analysis — ideally in a client-service or consulting environment. • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Data Analysis, or related field. • Familiarity with AI and automation platforms (e.g., ChatGPT, Zapier, Make, or Excel Copilot) to enhance data workflows and reduce manual tasks. • Mindset for continuous improvement — able to evaluate new tools, test automations, and document scalable solutions that improve team efficiency. • Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, reconciliation, cleaning large datasets). • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail — you can juggle multiple clients and deadlines without dropping the ball. • Tech-savvy and resourceful; able to learn new portals, CRMs, and software quickly. • Clear, proactive communication skills in English (written and spoken). • Comfortable working independently in a remote setting.
