Revenue Data Analyst at BairesDev We are looking for a Revenue Data Analyst to act as the main point of contact for all revenue analysis, ensuring that the Client Engagement team has the necessary data and insights to optimize performance and drive growth. Responsibilities Develop and maintain dashboards and reports on key GTM metrics such as pipeline generation, sales cycle length, and conversion rates. Conduct ad‑hoc analysis to support strategic decisions and tactical actions. Work closely with the Client Engagement Management team to develop accurate and data‑driven sales forecasts. Ensure the integrity and accuracy of GTM data across various systems including ERP and Sales Portal. Identify and implement improvements to analytical processes and tools to increase efficiency. Qualifications 3–5 years of experience in GTM analytics, sales operations, or revenue operations for a B2B SaaS company, or a top‑tier consulting company. 1–2 years of experience in tech companies. Degree from a top‑tier university in Latin America, graduated in the top 5% of the class. Extremely strong spreadsheet skills. Proficiency in SQL and Python. Experience with Databricks and Tableau. Experience with data visualization and storytelling with data. Advanced level of English. Nice to Have Experience with sales analytics. Business Analytics, Statistics, Engineering, or Mathematics background. 1+ year of experience with Python, R, or another programming language. 5+ years of experience working with Tableau.
