The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of intercompany balances and transactions, supporting consolidated reporting, and driving process improvements.ResponsibilitiesAnalyze intercompany balances and transactions to ensure accuracyPrepare detailed reports on intercompany activity and balances for management reviewAssist in the preparation of consolidated financial statementsPerform monthly, quarterly, and annual intercompany reconciliationsIdentify and resolve discrepancies in intercompany accountsEnsure timely and accurate recording of all intercompany transactionsIdentify opportunities to improve and streamline the reconciliation processImplement best practices and standardize intercompany reconciliation proceduresCollaborate with other departments to optimize intercompany transaction processesProvide training and support to finance team members on intercompany reconciliation practicesQualifications & SkillsBachelor's degree in AccountingMinimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with a focus on intercompany transactions and reconciliationsExperience in a multinational company is preferredFluent in English (written and spoken)Strong knowledge of accounting principles and intercompany processesAdvanced Excel skills, including proficiency with complex formulas and large datasetsStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlinesAt Ruhrpumpen, we value every employee, recognizing that each person contributes to our success through their position.
