About the Role We are hiring a full‑time social media and marketing coordinator to support internal marketing, company communications, and brand representation across both internal and external channels. This role is hands‑on, highly collaborative, and critical to ensuring marketing accurately reflects the real work happening across the business. You will work closely with leadership and internal teams to document projects, share company updates, and help tell the story of our people and our work. This is not a desk‑only role. You will be out in the field, at job sites, and inside the office and production floor, capturing photos, videos, and updates that bring our brand and culture to life. This role will report to the Vice President of Business Development, the CEO and the Fractional Marketing Manager. Core Responsibility Serve as the primary internal marketing team collaborator with the Fractional Marketing Manager, ensuring alignment between real‑world project execution and external marketing initiatives. What You Will Be Responsible For Collaboration with the Fractional Marketing Manager Act as the day‑to‑day internal marketing partner and support for the Fractional Marketing Manager Provide timely project updates, images, scope details, and execution context Support website content, blog content, external newsletters, articles, thought leadership, long‑form social content, sales outreach, and drip campaigns by ensuring accuracy Validate project details and narratives before content is published Support marketing initiatives led by the Fractional Marketing Manager Support sales team with marketing decks for client presentations Internal Newsletters and Company Updates Create recurring internal newsletters for team members Highlight projects from start to finish so teams can see the finished results of their work Share progress updates, behind‑the‑scenes moments, and completed project highlights Collaborate with operations, installation, and fabrication teams to gather accurate information Internal Marketing and Culture Storytelling Share company & team member news, milestones, and wins internally Work with HR to highlight culture initiatives, new hires, anniversaries, and employee spotlights Reinforce company values through real examples of teamwork and craftsmanship On‑Site Content Capture Visit job sites to document active installations through photos and short‑form video Capture before and after imagery Document fabrication, installation, and completion phases Coordinate site access and timing with operations and installation teams Community Management and Brand Representation Monitor and respond to comments and messages on Instagram and other social platforms Engage professionally in relevant online communities such as Twitter, Reddit, and industry forums Ensure the brand is represented accurately, professionally, and consistently Flag questions, issues, or opportunities to leadership and the Fractional Marketing Manager Design and Creative Collaboration Collaborate with internal and external design and content resources on photo and video editing Support graphic design needs for social posts, newsletters, presentations, and internal communications Ensure creative assets align with brand guidelines and project scope Help manage creative requests and timelines between marketing, design, and operations Content Organization and Distribution Maintain a structured content library of photos and videos Label and archive assets for easy internal and marketing access Share approved content with internal teams and external partners as needed. Cross‑Team Collaboration Act as a bridge between marketing, operations, fabrication, installation, and design teams Ensure alignment between what is built, what is delivered, and what is communicated. What We Are Looking For 1 to 3 years of experience in marketing, communications, or community management Comfortable working on job sites and in active production environments Strong photography and basic video capture skills Strong written communication skills with high attention to detail and accuracy Experience collaborating with designers or creative teams Highly organized, proactive, and dependable. Nice to Have Familiarity with Twitter, Reddit, and LinkedIn Basic photo or video editing skills Familiarity with Microsoft Office 365, Canva, or content management systems. By acting as the internal connector between operations, design, and marketing, you help ensure the brand shows accurately, credibly, and consistently, both internally and externally. Location This role requires regular time in the office and at job sites. Local candidates preferred. 30 / 60 / 90 Day Success Plan First 30 Days Goal: Learn the business and build trust Complete onboarding with leadership, HR, operations, installation, and fabrication teams Establish working rhythm with the Fractional Marketing Manager Gain access to tools, platforms, and content libraries Shadow job site visits and installations Review existing marketing content to understand tone, structure, and gaps Begin capturing basic photo and video content Assist with community management responses under guidance. Success looks like: You understand how projects flow from start to finish and know who to go to for information. Days 31 to 60 Goal: Take ownership of execution and internal communications Independently visit job sites to document active installations Own the creation of internal newsletters highlighting project progress and completions Establish a consistent process for sharing updates with the Fractional Marketing Manager Begin managing social comments and community engagement independently Coordinate regularly with design resources for asset production Organize and improve the internal content library Success looks like: Internal teams see their work reflected clearly in newsletters and content. Marketing has accurate, timely project inputs. Days 61 to 90 Goal: Become the marketing‑operations bridge Proactively identify projects worth documenting and promoting Anticipate content needs for upcoming marketing initiatives Provide structured project summaries and assets to support blogs, newsletters, and thought leadership Help improve workflows between marketing, operations, and design Confidently represent the brand across social platforms and communities Contribute ideas to improve internal and external storytelling Create and maintain a calendar of key events and provide ideas on relevant Succes Looks Like: Marketing content consistently reflects real project execution.
