Where you will work Querétaro Technical Center | Parque Industrial O'Donnell What you’ll do Interpret rules of origin for trade agreements, evaluate origin qualification for following agreements: USMCA, USMCA-MA, ORIGIN DECLARATION, USMCA-LVC, USMCA-AALA, US-ISRAEL, US-AUSTRALIA, US-COLOMBIA, US-PERU, US-KOREA, ACE55-MERCOSUR, US-CHILE, US-OMAN, US-BAHRAIN. Issue certificates of origin and supporting documents to customers, ensuring a reduction or elimination of tax payments. Submit application for certificate of origin to the Ministry of Economy in Mexico (ACE-55). Provide Internal reports to Mexico Facilities and to business unit for new products. Proactively support on improvements to minimize or eliminate payment of duties. What is required Bachelor's Degree in International Business or in Customs Compliance, Business Administration. 2 years (at least) of experience in: Analysis and certifications of origin. Fluency in English. Skills: Negotiation, Effective communication with related areas: Business unit, external customers, Production control & internal users. Manage Execution & Drive collaboration.
