Buscamos un Platform Engineer que actúe como socio estratégico de los equipos de producto, diseñando flujos de trabajo que maximicen la productividad y equilibrando la agilidad del negocio con la gobernanza y seguridad que nuestra infraestructura cloud requiere. 🎯 Funciones y Responsabilidades Evolución de CI/CD: Diseñar, mantener y optimizar pipelines de despliegue para un paso a producción rápido, seguro y sin fricción. Consultoría interna y colaboración: Traducir las necesidades de los equipos de desarrollo en soluciones de infraestructura eficientes. Soporte operativo: Resolver incidencias y brindar asistencia técnica diaria, desbloqueando impedimentos en el ciclo de desarrollo. Documentación y estándares: Definir lineamientos claros que eleven la calidad del proceso de despliegue y fomenten la autonomía de los desarrolladores. Automatización: Identificar tareas repetitivas y crear scripts o herramientas que optimicen el ciclo de vida del software. DevEx Enablement: Tratar la plataforma como producto, mejorando la experiencia del desarrollador. AI-Enhanced Ops: Implementar inteligencia artificial para detección de anomalías, auto-remediación y escalado predictivo. Experiencia sólida en CI/CD (GitLab CI preferente, Jenkins o GitHub Actions). Manejo de Cloud Computing (GCP preferente). Conocimientos en Bases de datos no relacionales. Experiencia en Kubernetes (nivel usuario/despliegue). Programación y scripting en Python o Bash. Conocimientos en Observabilidad y Monitoreo (Grafana, prácticas de observabilidad). Uso de Git y metodologías ágiles (Kanban). Habilidades de comunicación efectiva y toma de decisiones participativa. ⭐ Requisitos Deseables Experiencia con auto-escalado (KEDA). Conocimientos en Service Mesh (Istio). Uso de GCP Cloud Functions.
