Project Management Expertise: Logistics and Warehousing We seek an experienced professional to lead our logistics and warehousing project management efforts. This individual will be responsible for managing the Project Management Office (PMO), ensuring standardization and correct application of methodologies. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of proven experience in project management within the industrial sector, with a focus on logistics and warehouses. Advanced English proficiency is essential for communication with international stakeholders. Lead the management of the PMO, ensuring standardization and correct application of methodologies. Design, structure, and maintain the master project schedule for logistics and warehousing projects. Develop and present executive slides and high-impact project status reports for senior management. Perform advanced data analysis using Excel to evaluate project performance, identify variances, and propose optimization strategies. Manage the project risk, issue, and change register, and coordinate mitigation plans with functional stakeholders. Key Qualifications 10+ years of experience in project management (PMO) within the industrial sector. Advanced English proficiency (spoken and written). Proven experience in managing projects that involve strict safety processes (EHS) in industrial or warehousing environments. Solid experience in preparing executive presentations for upper management. Proficiency in advanced data analysis using Excel. Experience with project management tools; knowledge of highly valued.
