WEICHAI New Energy Commercial Vehicle is a company which integrates the whole-vehicle R&D, intelligent manufacturing, sales and services of commercial vehicles. WEICHAI NECV produces medium duty truck, light duty truck and mini truck, with different power types, the range of gross vehicle weight cover from 2.5 tons to 18 tons.WEICHAI NECV is looking for one high-performing trucks business Sales Manager who is in charge of the Mexico and total America market, and responsible for planning, implementing and directing trucks business sales activities of Weichai in Mexico and total America to meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative. Responsibilities:Responsible for the sales of trucks, to plan out the sales action plan and strategies to achieve the sales target decided with top management by working on price positioning, product positioning, network development.Responsible for new distributors development for the new business.Plan and conduct direct marketing activities.Develop and make presentations of company products and services to current and potential clients. Ensure customer service satisfaction and good client relationships.Follow up on sales activity.Conduct market research and competitor and customer analysisMonitor and report on sales activities and follow up for management.Skills Required:Relevant knowledge of trucks Knowledge of customer service principlesProven ability to achieve sales targetsExcellent communication and negotiation skillsGood planning and organizational skillsRequirements:Bachelor or equivalent degree in mechanical or business majorAt least 5 years relevant working experienceFluent level of Spanish and English language skillsWork Location:Total America
