Role Overview We are looking for a Senior Data Analyst to support a client in the education and research sector, globally recognized for its impact on leadership development, innovation, and data-driven decision-making. The client operates in a highly analytical and mission-driven environment and is currently investing heavily in AI and Generative AI solutions to better understand product usage, adoption, and performance. Qualifications & Experience 5+ years of hands-on data analytics experience. Experience creating dashboards for data visualization. Expert-level SQL. Experience querying AWS Aurora, DynamoDB, and Athena. Ability to work with complex data models (joins, foreign keys, parent-child relationships). Experience collaborating with developers to request database views or schema changes. Experience designing or supporting dashboards in Amazon QuickSight (or similar BI tools). Strong experience with data validation, QA, and troubleshooting. Ability to translate business goals into technical data requirements. Strong documentation and communication skills. Experience in AI, machine learning, or digital product analytics environments (preferred). Ability to work across time zones and manage multiple priorities. Work Environment.
