Working with our clients across real estate, infrastructure, energy and natural resources, we transform together delivering outcomes that improve people’s lives.Job DescriptionPlease note that this is an on site job at Silao, Guanajuato.The Contract & Claim Manager will report operationally to the Project Lead, acting as the main point of contact for task planning, supervision and performance review. The CCM will coordinate closely with the Project Lead and relevant functional teams. Formal validations will be performed by Legal, Procurement, Finance and PMO as per internal governance.Key ResponsibilitiesWork in close coordination with Project Lead / PMO, Procurement, Legal and Compliance, Technical Workstream Leads (Engineering, MEP, Automation, etc.), Project Controlling & Finance, FIDIC Engineer, Quality, HSE, Sustainability, Senior Management and other stakeholders.QualificationsDegree in Engineering or related field.Minimum 3 years experience in contract & claims management (esp. under FIDIC).Track record in execution of complex industrial/infrastructure projects (at least two construction projects from post-signing until handover to the Operations Maintenance Team).High proficiency in English (spoken and written).Strong legal awareness and negotiation skills.Comfortable working across functions and managing external stakeholders.Experience with CAPEX project lifecycles and documentation.EEO StatementTurner & Townsend is an equal opportunity employer.
