Guarantee the compliance, obligations, responsibilities related to the Foreign Trade Programs as IMMEX, VAT Certification, Prosec, others. Support with the administration of Annex 24 & Annex 30. Reconciliations. Alignment with the operation of the company. Implement and comply with the policies and procedures to establish adequate internal controls system as well as the standardization of foreign trade operations. Identify and document potential risks and / or critical characteristics of operations and drive the measures to prevent and mitigate them. Proactively support Internal and External Audits and ensure an accurate risk assessment of the Foreign Trade operations. Deploy measures to monitor performance and compliance for the foreign trade area. Control and administration of documentation related to disposal of Fixed Assets temporarily imported. Identify and implement cost reduction projects. Your Experience & Qualifications; Bachelor’s Degree on Business Administration or related areas. English (advanced – 80%) 3+ years in similar position (Automotive Industry). Good communication and organizational skills Self-motivated, customer-oriented and detail-oriented Strong Knowledge in IMMEX, VAT Certification, PROSEC, Rule 8, Annex 24. Annex 30. Foreign Trade regulations. Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP) is preferred.
