We are currently seeking a Corporate Development Manager to join our team in Mexico City, México. NTT DATA's Corporate Development team partners with executive leadership and business unit heads to drive the company's long‑term growth strategy by identifying, evaluating, and executing strategic acquisitions and investments that shape the future of our business. This high‑impact role will work closely with the Director of Corporate Development as part of the Mexico Office and Executive Head of M&A. Responsibilities Contribute to the development of the M&A strategy by identifying and ideating on investment ideas and potential targets across the technology services space. Lead the development of comprehensive financial models to assess investments, including valuation, synergy analysis via discounted cash flow (DCF), accretion/dilution, scenario, sensitivity, and ROI/IRR analysis. Day-to-day manage project teams across the diligence process and coordinate with cross-functional internal teams (Finance, Legal, HR, IT) and external advisors (accountants, lawyers, bankers). Develop detailed investment evaluation materials at the executive level to support the investment committee and board reviews. Support the development of the deal pipeline by cultivating relationships with investment banks, private equity firms, and industry founders. Develop and maintain industry and competitive intelligence to inform investment decisions and strategy. Qualifications 3–5 years of experience in Corporate Development/M&A, Investment Banking or Finance & Accounting, with a focus on corporate transactions. Advanced / deep financial modeling and valuation skills, with significant exposure to complex transactions. Proactive and self‑driven with the ability to work in a high‑growth, fast‑paced environment and manage multiple projects. Demonstrated analytical skills, with strong financial and business quantitative analysis. Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship‑building skills. MBA or an advanced degree in Finance, Business, or a related field is strongly preferred. Fluency in English required. EEO Statement NTT DATA is an equal‑opportunity employer.
