About the Role Join AWS as a Sales Specialist in AI-Data, focused on Generative AI and Agentic systems to help clients transform their businesses across Mexico. Key responsibilities: Engage customers to understand business challenges and identify GenAI opportunities. Build trusted advisor relationships with technical leaders and decision makers. Articulate the value proposition of GenAI solutions and demonstrate how they address specific use cases. Deliver thought leadership through content creation, speaking engagements, and customer enablement. Achieve quarterly and annual engagement and revenue goals. About the Team AWS Global Sales (AGS) is the worldwide sales organization responsible for selling AWS cloud services and solutions. The Sales Specialist team is a high-impact, customer‑obsessed organization dedicated to accelerating enterprise adoption of AWS solutions. The team operates in a matrixed environment, working closely with field account teams, solution architects, professional services, and partner organizations. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field. Solid understanding of AI, ML, and generative AI technologies. Experience with AI agent platforms and autonomous systems. Able to communicate effectively in English in technical and business settings. Preferred Qualifications Experience with major AI/ML platforms (OpenAI, Google AI, Azure AI, etc.). Understanding of data architectures, LLMs, autonomous agents, and AI orchestration. Previous experience selling AI/ML solutions. MBA or technical advanced degree. Experience in consultative solution selling.
