Controls TechnicianWhat you’ll do:- Support in Shop floor in the DC Process - Create and update Maintenance Check list - Support site activities to Autonomous Manufacturing Group. - Adjust parameter according need - Provide proper follow-up of Policy Deployment actions. - Process improvement & Autonomous Manufacturing Center metrics. - Analysis of variables & adjust process parameter DC Molding - Experience in Injection DC Molding process - PLC Knowledge - Experience in Automation with Robot - CAD / Solid Knowledge The Maintenance Technical is key in the area, your experience with DC Molding process help keep continues working the DC systems and he will adjust the parameters to eliminate the Scarp and down time. He will work to reduce the down time and will apply best practice and improvement implementation to increase the OEE and Performance in this areaWhat is required:Metallurgic Engineering Industrial Engineering Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineering • Core Tools • PLC / Robot.
