About the role Our Technology team builds the systems and experiences that keep Revolut moving. From the infrastructure behind our innovative app to the features used by millions of people around the world, they bring sharp thinking, speed, and a focus on meaningful impact to everything they do. We're looking for a Senior Technology Manager to support our local team in Mexico in ensuring the quality of technology services as required by local regulators. What you'll be doing Defining and implementing a technology strategy Ensuring regulatory compliance under the Mexico Central Bank (Banxico) and CNBV Overseeing and managing the quality of technology controls and risk assessments Facilitating information security risk management processes Identifying potential gaps in policies or processes by thoroughly investigating evidence supporting risk and controls management, service quality, and compliance Defining technical requirements for technology partnerships, including KYC, payment railways, and bank APIs Overseeing the change management process Evaluating architecture and system proposals Monitoring incidents, local infrastructure, and systems Preparing data and other materials for reporting to authorities, committees, and management What you'll need 8+ years of technology experience in fintech, financial services, banking, and / or payments Fundamental knowledge of information security and technology governance, risk management, and compliance management Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills Knowledge of the Central Bank services (SPEI, SIAC, BDT) guidelines on technology, information security, and cyber security Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills Nice to have: Relevant information security certifications (CISSP, CISM, CRISC, CISA) Knowledge of building SQL queries for business intelligence / management information Benefits at Revolut No ping pong tables or bean bag chairs, just benefits you actually want Get what you need to succeed Financial benefits that show we value your work Flexibility to work from home, the office or abroad A free Revolut Metal subscription loaded with perks Exciting events year‑round so you can get to know your team Important notice for candidates Job scams are on the rise.
