Take your next step and support us as an PROJECT PLANNER. Description Assure the closure of 8D´s reports. Apply 5S methodology. Planning of projects assigned to the Automotive Laboratory department. Management and allocation of Interior/Exterior time and resources. Main channel of communication with the client about the technical progress of projects in collaboration. Administrative support to Interior/Exterior in collaboration with the PL and the Head (project billing, follow-up with the Finance area). Communication and coordination of resources and personnel in collaboration with the Head and Project Leader between departments (MVS, Maintenance, Quality, HR). Coordination of meetings and/or visits between clients and the Interior/Exterior department. Requirements Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or related 1+ year of experience in the automotive industry. Knowledge of project management and / or planning (Basic). Knowledge of plastic and/or metal automobile parts language. (Basic). Gather of technical information, lessons learnt, concepts and customer requirements.
