Customer Supply Chain Manager (N) Role at Sanmina. Job Summary A customer supply chain manager serves as the primary liaison between Sanmina's supply chain operations and its customers. The role focuses on building strong customer relationships, ensuring product availability, timely delivery, and overall customer satisfaction while managing performance from the customers’ perspective. Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding their supply chain needs. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and report results. Proactively identify and mitigate risks to maintain customer satisfaction and prevent disruptions. Analyze data, understand demand patterns, and inform decisions to improve supply chain effectiveness. Develop strategies to meet client needs and align with the client’s business objectives. Achieve cost savings through efficiency improvements rather than supplier margin squeezing. Required Technical Proficiency Advanced Excel skills. Familiarity with business systems (ERP, MRP). Experience with data analysis tools (Kinaxis, Excel) and supply chain software (e.g., Oracle). Experience with databases such as Kinaxis is a plus. Core Competencies Communication and collaboration across Sales, Logistics, Planning, and other teams. Analytical skills for performance assessment and actionable insights. Data analysis and systems proficiency. Problem‑solving and root‑cause analysis. Organizational and time‑management skills. Technical communication abilities to compile and present information to customers. Industry Experience Prior experience in the manufacturing industry is required. Language Requirements Fluent English proficiency. Typical Experience Three to four years of relevant experience. Typical Education Bachelor’s degree in a related field, or consideration of an equivalent combination of education and experience.
