Required Experience Bachelor of Science - Information Technology or a related field 3 years in customer support and integrations to production systems 2 years of development/scripting experience in C# .NET PowerShell Python or Bash Strong understanding of APIs SDKs and other message formats Experience with API tools such as SoapUI Blazemeter or similar Must have strong deductive reasoning & diagnostic problem-solving skills Self-motivated fast learner willing to go outside of comfort zone and learn new things Excellent communication skills both in the written and the verbal form Experience running queries on databases such as MSSQL(SQL Server) PostgreSQL Oracle or CockroachDB. Knowledge of operating systems and cloud platforms (Linux Windows GCP) Experience with source code and release management (GitHub TFS etc.) Experience with continuous integration build engines (Jenkins Team City etc.) Experience with container technology such as Docker Experience with monitoring for performance and availability (AppDynamics etc.) Experience with Kubernetes services such as Google Kubernetes Engine Global Payments Inc. is an equal opportunity employer.
