Responsabilidades Asegura que se tenga un proceso controlado y estable dentro de parámetros definidos, atraves de un sistema de calidad y herramientas estadísticas con la finalidad de cumplir con los requerimientos del cliente. Control de los procesos de producción y desempeño de los mismos, aplicación de las herramientas básicas para el control de la calidad de los procesos. Seguimiento a los problemas de calidad reportados por el cliente tanto externo como interno. Programar, coordinar y monitorear las actividades de los auditores e inspectores de calidad. Responsable para solicitar la aplicación de sanciones correspondientes a actos de indisciplina. Dar atención y seguimiento a los temas reportados por el cliente tanto interno como externo. Ejecutar la responsabilidad y autoridad de parar y segregar los componentes no conformes que se detecten y que no cumplan las especificaciones del cliente; para detener la línea principal, requiere autorización del gerente de planta. Consideración de que el proceso de HBPO es JIS (Just in Sequence) entrega por secuencia. Requisitos Inglés avanzado indispensable. Metodología en la solución de problemas, APQP, PFMEA, CP, PPA, MSA, GD&T, CQMS, NCT, IMDS. Certificación en normas IATF *****, ISO*****, ISO*****, ISO*****. Habilidades de liderazgo.
