Solutions Specialist – Merchant Sales Support

Description Responsibilities: Have a basic knowledge of all supported products, including proprietary software, and provide one‑call resolution to merchant and RM inquiries. Assist with system navigation questions. Assist with general paperwork inquiries. Assist Sales Team with requested merchant installations. Proactively execute outbound installations. Understand merchant pricing. Maintain merchant accounts according to documented procedures (security protocol, compliance, etc.). Utilize all available resources to resolve inquiries timely and accurately while displaying a professional, courteous, and respectful demeanor. Adhere to all handbook policies, including attendance, punctual220ity, PTO management, and time management. Assist other departments as assigned by management. Complete special projects assigned by management. Develop a basic knowledge of products, procedures, and technologies. Build and maintain relationships with Sales counterparts. Perform other job‑related duties as assigned by direct supervisor. Job Requirements Education: High School Diploma required; Associate’s Degree preferred. Successful completion of new hire training class. Proficient with Microsoft and Google/Gmail. Ability to assimilate new technology. Strong communication skills to articulate directions to diverse audiences, especially in emergency situations. Ability to understand and support multiple products and their associated processes. Capability to handle customers with sensitive issues confidentially while maintaining a professional support image.
