We’re passionate about technology and excited to build the future with a team that values innovation, collaboration, and impact.What You’ll DoAs an Architect for Slalom Build, you will work in small, collaborative teams with minimal oversight to design and deliver innovative solutions on AWS, Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud Platform. You will use core cloud data warehouse tools, distributed processing engines, event streaming platforms, and other modern data technologies to build the next generation of data platforms and work with forward‑thinking organizations in data and analytics.You will typically be responsible for understanding the client’s current environment and challenges, and for guiding the evolution to their future state architecture. Leveraging your experience and architecture expertise, you will lead the analysis, architecture, design, and development of the client’s Data Platform Solution, and facilitate working design sessions with Slalom and client technical teams to reach consensus. You will communicate the pros and cons of your design and ensure timely, high‑quality development that supports the technical solution you designed. When time allows, you may participate in pre‑sales activities, helping define approaches to technical challenges and assisting the business development team with project estimation and planning. We offer a hybrid working environment, with potential in‑person collaboration at our office as needed in Mexico. You are self‑startable, able to break down large problems, and share learnings with project teams and the broader Slalom Build community.
