Marketing & Communications Program Manager - Global Team - Remote People in Corporate Functions make DXC a well-run and high-functioning organization. Part of this Transformation Journey is with our Marketing and Communications organization and becoming more consistent in our Brand messaging, focusing on our end customers and marketing towards their needs, and delivering Revenue for the growth of the organization. About this role We are searching for an individual who can help us to manage and drive this transformation at a program level. This individual will have the ability to see across the global organization, understand the key efforts and needs in delivering on the changes, and act as a critical partner to the senior executives in Marketing in realizing our ambitions. The individual should be comfortable in a fast-moving environment and can bring order in the face of change to ensure we deliver on the commitments around the Transformation Journey. This is a unique opportunity to impact the brand and go-to-market approach of a $16B global firm. What You'll Do Drive alignment around setting global marketing vision, and strategy, forming a plan with clear goals and asks, as well as executing and monitoring progress Identify areas and advise where Marketing leaders need to focus to meet goals or revisit plans Lead transformation initiatives alongside Marketing leaders through the development of detailed project plans, implementation of tracking tools, and clear reporting Monitor information flow ensuring the right information and the right people at the right time Identify and take on ad-hoc strategic projects - everything from defining new opportunities to executing key initiatives, and closing the gaps in business and operations Oversee large, often cross-functional organization-wide projects or initiatives Collaborate to ensure stakeholders are aware and accountable for action items, projects, and programs and deliverables are high quality and on time Work closely with the VP, Global Marketing to execute the vision Who you are Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Strong creative problem-solving and decision-making skills Strong interpersonal skills for interacting with management and employees Able to manage multiple priorities and pivot quickly Attention to detail Program / project management experience and comfort with tools of the trade In addition to the basic qualifications noted above, we find that individuals who are successful in this role have : Extensive experience and passion for influencing and leading a team across a global environment even when not in a direct line management situation A proven track record for developing and executing programs that have driven tangible results Joining DXC connects you to brilliant people who embrace change and seize opportunities to advance their careers and amplify customer success.
