Áreas clave de enfoque Seguridad Calidad de servicio Experiencia del cliente Productividad del departamento Actividades principales Revisar el pronóstico operativo y determinar los requisitos de productividad para el proceso de clasificación, gestionar un grupo de equipos para cumplir todos los objetivos de la construcción. Apoyar todos los programas de seguridad para garantizar un entorno de trabajo seguro para todos los asociados y proveedores de servicios de entrega. Identificar proactivamente e impulsar iniciativas de mejora de procesos y herramientas Lean. Responsabilidades de supervisión Forma parte del equipo de Logística de Amazon, responsable de la gestión diaria de la estación de entrega, supervisando la operación que se enfoca en la entrega directa de pedidos de Amazon a los clientes. Dirige a un equipo de Asistentes de Proceso y Proveedores de Servicios de Entrega en la gestión diaria de la estación de entrega, incluyendo reuniones, sesiones de capacitación, asignación de tareas laborales y comunicación con los entrenadores de negocios, incluidos los representantes de la gerencia y sus conductores. Es responsable de asegurar un lugar de trabajo seguro, personas debidamente capacitadas y que sus necesidades se aborden para que puedan enfocarse en sus trabajos. Además, uno de los aspectos más importantes de tu trabajo es liderar el cambio a velocidad de internet, la innovación ha hecho de nosotros la empresa global que somos hoy. Operaciones diarias Recibir, escanear, levantar y mover envíos de hasta 25 kg. Ruteo de envíos dentro del área de cobertura de AMZL. Apoyar y asignar tareas laborales a los asistentes de proceso. Adaptarse a cambios repentinos y crecimiento según necesidades operativas. Seguimiento y monitoreo de la operación de clasificación y envío de conductores. Estar de pie y/o caminar continuamente un promedio de 5 millas diarias. Capacidad de trabajar en entornos de construcción/distribución que pueden ser ruidosos, sin iluminación, sin calefacción, sin aire acondicionado. Requisitos adicionales 1+ años de experiencia en métricas de rendimiento, mejora de procesos o técnicas lean. #J-18808-Ljbffr
