Own paid media performance across all active Catalyst accountsAct as the technical authority behind Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, tracking, and CRM attributionSpend as much time in HubSpot as in ad platformsLead strategy and optimization decisions for large-budget accounts ($100k+/month)Guide two junior performance marketers who handle routine execution tasksPerformance OwnershipOwn revenue, pipeline quality, and down-funnel performance for all accountsDiagnose performance issues and fix them without being askedGoogle Ads (Search-focused)LinkedInMake budget allocation decisions based on data, not opinionsCRM & AttributionLive inside HubSpotValidate lead quality, pipeline velocity, and close-won attributionDelegate execution tasks to junior marketersReview their work for correctness and performance impactYou've personally managed $100k+/month ad budgetsYou are early in your careerExpert-level Google Ads (Search)Expert-level LinkedIn AdsAdvanced HubSpot (Marketing + Sales)Funnel analysisProven experience managing large monthly budgets ($100k+)100% RemoteBriefly explain in a short video (Loom is sufficient):Your experience managing large budgetsWhy you're a fit for a behind-the-scenes, performance-owner role
