Be among the first 25 applicants.Job Summary: We’re hiring a Technical Account Manager (TAM) with a strong background in AWS cloud technologies. You’ll provide guidance to both new and existing customers about AWS technologies, services, and offerings. You’ll collaborate with other Rackspace teams to develop and deliver innovative solutions using various public cloud services. Your role involves helping customers rethink their technical platforms and application landscapes, promoting cloud-native technologies, and driving innovation within their business.Work Location: If located in Mexico City, a hybrid schedule of two days in the office and three days remote is preferred. Fully remote work is available in Aquascalientes, Jalisco, Nuevo Leon, Puebla, or Queretaro.Key Responsibilities:Conduct implementation calls.Present proposals and grow the installed base.Understand invoicing, contracts, proposals, and renewals.Manage escalations with guidance.Identify issues, understand causes, and determine solutions.Assess deficiencies in customer configurations and forecast potential issues.Describe options and highlight key differences.Act as the primary technical advocate for customers.Work with cloud engineers, CSMs, and stakeholders to translate business and technical goals into solutions.Provide ongoing support and advocacy for workloads.Introduce innovative technologies and products to customers.Ensure AWS cloud efficiency and operational excellence with minimal hands-on involvement.Qualifications:6+ years of relevant experience.AWS Solutions Architect Associate or similar AWS certification preferred.Excellent communication skills in Spanish and English.Deep technical knowledge of AWS technologies, services, and offerings.Ability to conduct AWS Well Architected Framework reviews.Ability to scale customer configurations.Experience with account management tools.Ability to drive the technical strategy for cloud-native transformations.Strong knowledge of configuration build processes.About Rackspace Technology: We are multicloud solutions experts, combining leading technologies across applications, data, and security to deliver end-to-end solutions.
