Randstad Sourceright offers solutions Globally as well as regional programs as required.The Senior Change Manager role sits as part of the program implementation division and focuses on partnering with clients in the Americas and globally.Experience:Reasonable (e.g. not just months) experience in the recruitment industry, agency or MSP/RPO/SOW or significant internal TA experience.Large amount of change management experience. Experience leading change management initiatives for large organizationsKnowledge:Good understanding of recruitment industry best practice, either agency, MSP, RPO and/or SOW.Understanding of the principles and frameworks of successful change managementUnderstanding of project delivery and workstream management within a fast-paced business environmentChange Management certification (Prosci or comparable) highly preferredSkills needed:Strong and open communicator, both verbal and written. Advanced skills, able to influence leaders.Hands on working mentality and attention to detailLeadership capabilitiesAbility to "think and act promptly"Strong planning and organizational skills combined with task and time management skills, positively influenced under time pressureDemonstrate a high degree of adaptability to move from one project to another, ability to contribute to multiple projects simultaneouslyManaging client relationships with excellent customer facing and interpersonal skillsStrategic thinking and excellent understanding of the client's needs; ability to manage the change management aspect during implementation of new solutionsSensitive in working and managing virtual teamsAbility to facilitate workstream meetings, lead capability uplift or deliver training
