🚀 We are looking for a Loyalty Manager (Loyalty & Customer Engagement) to join Grupo AxoIf you’re passionate about data-driven loyalty strategies, customer retention, and leading dynamic teams, this opportunity is for you.🎯 Key ResponsibilitiesLead and coordinate the CRM team, ensuring strategic execution and high-quality deliverables.Design and optimize loyalty, retention, customer journeys, and omnichannel campaigns.Manage the CRM operation and SAP, ensuring data quality and seamless integrations.Analyze core KPIs: retention, frequency, engagement, and campaign performance.Partner with Marketing, Brands, E-commerce, Analytics, and Retail to align business priorities.Manage relationships with CRM agencies, tech partners, and external stakeholders.💡 What We’re Looking ForSolid experience in CRM, Loyalty, or Customer Engagement, including at least 1-year leading teams.Strong analytical mindset, strategic thinking, and commercial sensitivity.Experience with Google Analytics, SAP Cortex, and Salesforce (nice to have).Advanced English — required.Growth mindset, customer-centric approach, and the ability to thrive in a high-demand environment.If you’re driven by creating meaningful customer experiences, leading high-energy teams, and generating real impact—we’d love to meet you. ✨
