It immediately found its following with the fashion elite, creating a new point of reference in flattering, feminine and stylish swimwear. While the swimsuit thrust ZIMMERMANN on to the international stage, it has been its optimistic, feminine and consistently desirable collections across its ready-to-wear and resort that have propelled it to greater global appeal. An exciting opportunity exists for a Store Manager to join our upcoming Cancun Mexico boutique, scheduled to open in La isla Cancun in December, The Store Manager will lead a team of passionate brand ambassadors whilst embodying the ZIMMERMANN brand : bringing optimism, creativity, and sophistication in everything they do. Inspiring the team by leading by example to create a collaborative and motivating environment that fosters a shared brand vision. Maximize sales by striving to be the best at providing excellence in Client Service, Visual Presentation and creating a memorable brand experience. To ensure that all team members achieve a superior standard of excellence in client service, brand knowledge and product knowledge. To successfully lead and develop a high performing team that achieves individual and team sales results, builds strong team morale and a positive workplace attitude. Providing consistent feedback for the team's development and training and following company guidelines when team member performance does not meet expectations. To ensure that a consistent high standard of Visual Presentation is achieved and reflective of the brand directive. Oversee store operations including stockroom management and leading the Stock Coordinators through the stocktake in accordance with Zimmermann policy and procedure. Effectively managing store rostering including timesheet management and roster creation. Proven experience in a similar leadership / management role in luxury retail. Passion for the brand and Fashion retail industry Opportunity to grow within an Australian luxury fashion brand with opportunities to work globally.
