Role SummaryThe Litigation Project Manager will oversee workflow execution, optimize legal processes, and ensure operational excellence across all litigation stages. This role requires a strong background in project management, process improvement, data analysis, and—critically—experience in a law firm or legal environment, preferably within personal injury or high-volume litigation teams.The ideal candidate is highly analytical, structured, proactive, and capable of leading cross-functional initiatives that drive efficiency, compliance, and performance within the Litigation Department.Key ResponsibilitiesLitigation Workflow & Process ManagementManage and optimize workflows across litigation stages (pre-lit, discovery, motions, trial prep).Document and update SOPs, process maps, and department playbooks.Identify bottlenecks and implement targeted solutions to improve turnaround times and case progression.Coordinate with attorneys, paralegals, case managers, and support teams to ensure aligned timelines and deliverables.Data Analysis & ReportingAnalyze case movement, attorney performance metrics, deadline adherence, and litigation KPIs.Build and maintain dashboards to monitor litigation health and productivity.Provide weekly and monthly insights highlighting performance trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.Conduct deep-dive audits on litigation tasks, timelines, and case-stage durations.Project ManagementLead at least one major improvement initiative per quarter (e.g., discovery automation, demand package optimization, trial preparation workflow, compliance enhancements).Define project scope, timelines, milestones, and stakeholder responsibilities.Manage cross-department collaboration to execute project goals.Track progress, risks, and deliverables, ensuring on-time and high-quality implementation.Compliance, Auditing & Quality ControlMaintain compliance across litigation deadlines, Filevine tasks, and attorney/paralegal workflows.Conduct case audits to ensure accuracy, documentation completeness, and adherence to policies.Create corrective action plans for non-compliance or quality gaps.Oversee bonus audits tied to litigation performance metrics.Cross-Functional CollaborationWork closely with Litigation, Operations, Intake, and Data teams to align operational and legal strategies.Support attorneys and paralegals by translating operational insights into actionable improvements.Facilitate training, calibrations, and performance feedback loops.Reporting & CommunicationPrepare weekly department reports for leadership.Provide monthly MBR (Monthly Business Review) summaries with clear insights and visual data storytelling.Communicate findings and recommendations in a clear, actionable, and concise manner.Qualifications & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, Legal Studies, Computer Science, or related field.Law firm or legal operations experience is highly preferred (personal injury litigation experience is a strong advantage).5–7+ years of experience in project management, process improvement, or legal operations roles.Proven success optimizing workflows in high-volume environments.Hands-on experience with Filevine, LeadDocket, or other legal case management software (minimum 2 years preferred).Strong analytical skills with experience in dashboards, reporting, and KPI monitoring.Technical proficiency in:Automation tools (Zapier, Power Automate, Make)API integrationsSQL or advanced Excel/SheetsExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills.PMP, Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, or related certifications preferred.Preferred SkillsExperience overseeing software implementations or workflow automation in legal teams.Background in business intelligence, analytics, or performance optimization.Ability to work under pressure while managing multiple simultaneous deadlines.Strong problem-solving, strategic thinking, and organizational abilities.Account Manager – Masterbatch (Campo / Home Office)The Production Manager will oversee the daily manufacturing operations of legacy product lines for a medical device manufacturer. Based in Tijuana, this individual will manage a team of five Production Supervisors and ensure consistent adherence to safety, quality, delivery, and cost standards. The Production Manager will play a key role in driving operational excellence, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, and ensuring customer satisfaction through reliable, high-quality production.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESLead, coach, and develop a team of 5 Production Supervisors overseeing multiple manufacturing cells.Ensure all operations comply with company standards, ISO, FDA, and other applicable medical device regulatory requirements.Monitor production performance (OEE, scrap, downtime, labor efficiency) and implement corrective actions to achieve targets.Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Quality, Engineering, Supply Chain, Maintenance, and EH&S) to resolve production issues and optimize processes.Champion Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency, reduce waste, and improve product quality.Maintain a strong focus on employee engagement, safety culture, and professional development.Oversee production planning, scheduling, and resource allocation to meet customer demand on-time and in full.Support the introduction of new processes and technologies into legacy product manufacturing.Prepare and present regular production reports and KPIs to senior leadership.Responsible for leading all OPEX initiatives in the areaQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or related field (Master’s preferred).8+ years of progressive experience in manufacturing operations, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role.Experience in medical device manufacturing, or other highly regulated industry preferred.Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement tools.Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams in a production environment.Solid understanding of quality systems (ISO 13485, FDA 21 CFR Part 820).Excellent communication skills in both Spanish and English.Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills.A chemical structure is only as strong as the bonds between the molecules. Reporting directly to the Senior Technical Supervisor.ResponsibilitiesTechnical SupportSecond line of technical support with customers.Foster a Safety mindset acting as a safety ambassador for customers.Provide in-depth technical service to key customers to insure the Chemetall processes are being managed within the parameters outlined in the process instruction provided; ensure that the process is checked both chemically and mechanically.Communicate with a written service report utilizing clear purpose driven comments of action items and findings. Service reports need to be loaded into Salesforce and notify all key stakeholders.Participate in large, regional and/or global customer start-ups, as defined.Support key customers, Industry Sales, and RTS for assisting in process design improvements.Promote and execute roll-out of new technologies, aligned with RTS, Regional Marketing, Key Industries and Technical.Participate in and contribute to business reviews to continually reinforce our value proposition while keeping our customers out of the zone of indifference.Exchange application knowledge and best practices with key stakeholders, for example: regular touchpoints with customer engineering, line supervisors, operations etc., which will help identify gaps and potential needs for future opportunities.Participate in troubleshooting, identifying the root cause and propose the best solution for our clients.Provide routine service to select key customers within sub-region geography.
