Job Description We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of a large-scale data center construction project in Querétaro, Mexico. This role requires a strategic leader who can manage complex real estate construction projects, ensuring alignment with client objectives and global standards. The Senior Project Manager will oversee the entire project lifecycle, from planning and design coordination to execution and handover, ensuring quality, schedule, and budget compliance. This position is highly client-facing and demands strong stakeholder management skills, as well as the ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and external vendors. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end project delivery, ensuring client objectives are met. Manage project schedule, budget, and risk register, reporting progress to local and global stakeholders. Oversee general contractors, consultants, and directly contracted vendors. Review and approve construction work, cost estimates, and capital expenditure requests. Drive design reviews and value engineering sessions to optimize cost and quality. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards. Coordinate commissioning activities and ensure smooth transition to operations. Prepare and present detailed reports and updates at all project stages. Manage project close-out, including documentation and warranties. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, or related field; professional certification (PMI or equivalent) preferred. Minimum 15years of experience managing large-scale construction projects, ideally within mission‑critical facilities or data centers. Proven experience in commissioning and project delivery under strict timelines. Familiarity with LEED or sustainability standards is a plus. Advanced proficiency in English and Spanish for client communication and reporting. Strong knowledge of project management tools (Microsoft Project, Primavera P6) and Microsoft Office Suite. Experience with AutoCAD and BIM platforms preferred. Skills & Competencies Exceptional leadership and stakeholder management skills.
