Job Objectives Planning, controlling and monitoring complex deliveries of a comprehensive range of purchased parts according to requirements and schedule. Responsibilities Checking complex requirement notices regarding the quantities, dates and descriptions with the support of the system. Defining and guaranteeing economical order quantities according to given planning rules. Updating logistics material master data, taking into account defined targets such as safety stock levels for purchased parts. Checking safety stock levels, batch sizes, lead times and correcting stored data. Responsible for the stock levels of a complex parts spectrum. Involvement in the optimization of the supply chain within the context of departmental specifications. Carrying out complex stock management for a restricted area of responsibility. Participation in coordination meetings with internal posts. Controlling and monitoring component allocation for external production, considering the required quantity and time. Central contact person for material planning processes and logistical supplier management in the plant. Executing training measures and knowledge transfer of standardized material planning processes to purchase parts planners and supervisors. Creating analyses of material master data, including stock values and ranges, and correcting according to standard specifications. Measuring and monitoring targets. Providing first‑level support for purchase parts planners in the plant. Triggering orders and deadline inquiries. Monitoring delivery dates, deadline follow‑up and guarantee of internal posts responsible. Preparing complex solution measures in the event of supply bottlenecks in cooperation with internal posts, suppliers and the superior. Checking incoming order confirmations and clarifying differences with internal posts and suppliers. Coordinating on‑schedule provision of parts and/or materials between suppliers and internal posts. Processing incoming goods journal and clarifying excess deliveries or schedule changes. Setting up and permanently monitoring supplier consignment stores. Preparing and carrying out logistics‑supplier meetings regarding deadlines and quantity problems. Processing differences in invoices on the accounts payable side. Monitoring Kanban control loops and determining all necessary master and movement data. Planning responsibility for items before SOP. Involvement in projects concerning process changes; participating in sourcing committees. Monitoring stocktaking of materials provided by suppliers. Training and supporting purchase parts planners. Regular analyses and corrections of scheduling master data for procurement of materials. Analyzing potential for optimization in procurement processes and initiating implementation. Supporting the project team in the I2P phase regarding material planning processes. Specifying and implementing system‑based change requests, including gap analysis, testing, user training, and documentation. Documenting and configuring material planning related SAP modules to meet business requirements. Qualifications At least one year of experience in a similar position. Proficient in SAP. Knowledge of supply chain management. Competencies English language proficiency. Strong communication skills. Agile behavior.
