The maintenance coordinator is responsible for all invoice review and approval.Recommended TrainingCompany maintenance policies (Ex. Home Warranty, Owner using own vendor, emergency work order, etc)Company ProcessesMust know difference between Emergency, Standard, Cosmetic Work OrdersMust be proficient in maintenance software PropertyWare. LeadsimpleJob Role TasksReviews all inbound work orders for legitimacyApproves/denies work orderTroubleshoot with residentWorks with Vendor and Resident during the work order processReview before/after photos from vendorReceives reviews and approves the invoiceEscalates challenges to the property managerReviews and updates all work orders dailyUpkeeps vendor insurance and license in the systemSends customer satisfaction survey to residents upon work order completionReceives approval from owners for work above the maintenance limit #J-18808-Ljbffr
