Senior.NET Software Developer Location Guadalajara, Jalisco (Hybrid with 3 days in office) Must be fluent in English and submit resume in English. Role & Responsibilities Collaborate with team members to understand project requirements. Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and scalability. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring timely delivery of solutions. Stay up to date with the latest trends and advancements in.NET development, sharing knowledge with the team and proposing new technologies or tools when appropriate. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including QA engineers, designers, and product managers, to ensure successful project delivery. Respond to high-priority Production issues through detailed investigation, skilled problem-solving and root cause analysis. Write automated tests for your code. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications 8+ years of commercial experience in.NET / . NET Framework 4.5+ Strong proficiency in C# and.NET. Extensive knowledge of ASP.NET, MVC, Web API, and other relevant frameworks. Expertise in front-end development technologies, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Experience leveraging telemetry and monitoring tools like NewRelic / Application Insights for troubleshooting and performance optimization. Experience deploying services to commercial cloud environments.Solid understanding of software engineering principles, design patterns, and best practices. Experience with Cloud IaaS and PaaS capabilities and building solutions targeted to those environments. Ability to lead and mentor a team, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment. Excellent problem-solving skills and a detail-oriented approach to development. Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Proven track record of delivering high-quality software solutions within deadlines. Ability to adapt to evolving technologies and work in a fast-paced, agile environment. Experience with agile development methodologies and tools. Experience writing effective unit and integration tests.
