OverviewRemote Frontend Developer role at HireLATAM. The position is remote and focuses on building fast, elegant, and intuitive user interfaces in collaboration with design, backend, and product teams.ResponsibilitiesBuild responsive, high-performance user interfaces using React, Next.js, or similar modern frameworks.Translate design concepts into clean, reusable components and work with backend engineers to integrate APIs.Optimize performance, load times, and overall user experience.Collaborate with Product & Design to refine user flows and interactions.Maintain a clean component architecture and contribute to a shared design system.Write maintainable, well-documented code with strong testing methodologies.Qualifications, Skills and Key Competencies2–5 years of experience in frontend development (startup experience is a plus).Excellent English communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Experience with API integration (REST, GraphQL).Understanding of state management patterns (Redux, Zustand, Recoil, or similar).Strong grasp of frontend performance optimization and a product-driven mindset focused on user experience.Preferred QualificationsExperience with animations/motion libraries (Framer Motion, GSAP).Experience building design systems or component libraries.Knowledge of modern authentication flows (OAuth, JWT, etc.).Prior work in B2B SaaS or consumer-facing platforms.Familiarity with CI/CD and frontend testing frameworks (Jest, Cypress, Playwright).Employment typeFull-timeLocationRemote from Latin America #J-18808-Ljbffr
