It is our focus on quality and growth that makes us an employer of choice and helps us maintain our culture of excellence.Responsible for acquiring the materials for manufacturing and shipping the final product, negotiating prices and shipping conditions, overseeing the process, and providing all the necessary material to meet customer demands.Support end to end the collaboration of production programs and scheduling for the production floorSupport on time material arrival including but not limited to material importation, unloading and receiving in SAPFacilitate Sales and Customer Requirements to ensure on time delivery including quotes, samples and special requests.Create reports on supply chain metricsMaintain a relationship with material planning to ensure fabrication planning meets target dates and can deliver products on timeReview data on inventory levels to identify shortages and meet customer demandIssue purchase requisitions for supply chain department, including but not limited to office suppliesMonitor KPIs for Supply Chain. (Production Planning, Warehouse and Shipping)Coordinates priorities between Material Planning, Warehouse and LogisticsTrain and support other team members on supply chain proceduresShort, mid and long planning skills~ Certification in supply chain management or related field~ Strong project management skills~ English proficiency: Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.~ SAP system.~ Understanding of production lines.~ Generous benefits package including major medical expenses and life insuranceMessage & data rates may apply.
