The RoleWe’re looking for a Specialist – Customer Support / Operations Analyst to join our Global Technology team, reporting to the Director - Client Support Services. In this role, you’ll help shape how we deliver exceptional client experiences and ensure seamless operations for mission-critical financial systems.You’ll fit right in if you’re collaborative, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy, love working across teams and time zones, and get energy from solving complex challenges that impact global markets.What You’ll Do• Lead the lifecycle of client-reported issues — from replication and investigation to resolution and patch scheduling. • Provide expert advice on the use and configuration of Calypso products directly to clients. • Collaborate with engineering, QA, product management, and professional services to drive solutions. • Manage client replication environments in the Nasdaq support lab, including upgrades and maintenance. • Advocate for product enhancements and contribute to tools and processes that improve customer satisfaction and support efficiency.What You’ll Bring• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Financial Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field (or equivalent experience). • 6+ years of experience in IT/Finance systems support or QA roles. • Proven ability to work in critical business application environments and deliver client-facing solutions. • Strong communication skills in English and ability to work independently and collaboratively. • Familiarity with tools and technologies such as SQL, JIRA, system configuration, log analysis, coding, and advanced Excel.Nice to Have• Knowledge of Risk Management, Market Risk & VaR, Credit Exposure Limits, and Compliance. • Experience in capital markets or regulated financial environments. • Advanced certifications (e.g., PMP, CFA) or technical credentials.Location: Mexico City Hybrid work environment — at least 3 days a week in-office, subject to change.Come as You Are Nasdaq is an equal opportunity employer.
