Descripción del trabajo We're hiring: Business Development Associate (BDA - Entry Level) At Excent Capital Ltd., we're building a high-performance, globally minded team. This role is designed as your first step into professional sales and financial markets. No previous finance background is required, we train you from day one. El rol Como Business Development Associate, formarás parte de nuestro motor comercial, trabajando de cerca con Business Development Managers y ganando experiencia práctica en LATAM, Asia, Medio Oriente y África. Si eres un recién graduado con 1–2 años de experiencia en ventas o roles comerciales que involucren interacción directa con clientes, este podría ser el rol. Prospectar y cazar leads en múltiples regiones y mercados. Ejecución de outreach multicanal outbound y realización de llamadas de descubrimiento. Apoyo al equipo de ventas con materiales comerciales personalizados. Gestionar y actualizar datos en CRM con disciplina y precisión. Colaborar estrechamente con Ventas y Servicio al Cliente para apoyar cierres y seguimientos. Qué buscamos 1–2 años de experiencia (prácticas o roles a tiempo parcial bienvenidos). Graduados recientes o estudiantes de último año en negocios, marketing, economía o campos relacionados. Fuertes habilidades de comunicación en inglés. Interés en ventas, desarrollo de negocios y mercados financieros. Alta energía, disciplina y voluntad de aprender. Qué ofrecemos Salario neto mensual competitivo. Horario de trabajo: lunes a jueves de 9:00 a.m. a 5:30 p.m.; viernes cortos de 9:00 a.m. a 1:00 p.m. Beneficios legales.
