Your Mission at Alegra

You will be responsible for leading and optimizing Alegra's revenue strategy, ensuring sustainable and profitable growth. What Will Be Your Challenges?

  • Define and execute a comprehensive revenue strategy aligned with Alegra's growth objectives.
  • Oversee and coordinate key business areas (Sales, Growth, Customer Experience, Country Managers, and Strategic Relationships), ensuring integration and efficiency.
  • Optimize pricing models and revenue management strategies to maximize profitability and product competitiveness across different markets.
  • Develop go-to-market strategies for market expansion and consolidation.
  • Drive automation and the use of technology in commercial processes to improve efficiency and revenue predictability.
  • Monitor and interpret commercial and financial performance indicators to make data-driven decisions.

What Do We Expect from You?

Education

  • Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Engineering, Marketing, or related fields.
  • MBA or certifications in Revenue Growth, Go-to-Market Strategies, or Business Analytics.

Experience

  • At least 5 to 8 years of leadership experience in revenue, sales, or growth roles within SaaS or tech companies.
  • Proven expertise in Revenue Operations, Pricing, Business Intelligence, and Growth Strategy.
  • Background in developing go-to-market strategies and international expansion.
  • Experience leading teams in remote and multicultural environments.
  • Knowledge in structuring OKRs and commercial KPIs.
  • Background in using tools like CRM, data analysis, and process automation.

Technical Skills
