Este puesto reportará al Gerente de OEMs y Alianzas Estratégicas. Se busca contratar a un candidato que pueda apoyar las actividades de abastecimiento relacionadas con los productos y servicios actualmente ofrecidos a los clientes: Rentas, Títulos y Registro, Remarketing, Combustible, Garantía Extendida, SOS y otros servicios. Responsabilidades principales Realizar investigaciones de mercado exhaustivas para identificar nuevos proveedores potenciales y oportunidades de abastecimiento. Proporcionar información y perspectivas del mercado. Ser responsable del objetivo financiero incrementándolo en un 15% vs el año anterior. Asegurar el cumplimiento de los KPIs de la categoría de productos y servicios. Liderar la estrategia de los proveedores de productos y servicios. Encabezar la relación entre los stakeholders internos, tales como remarketing comercial y nuevos productos, y los socios externos de productos/servicios como rentas, subastas, concesionarios, proveedores de logística, entre otros. Ser responsable de priorizar y alinear los proyectos conformes a las necesidades de la compañía. Analizar tendencias, estrategias de la competencia y condiciones del mercado. Asegurar el cumplimiento normativo de los proveedores ejecutando evaluaciones de riesgo. Evaluar proveedores potenciales en función de su adecuación estratégica, capacidades y factores de riesgo. Monitorear y evaluar el desempeño de socios y proveedores existentes. Desarrollar y mantener relaciones comerciales con socios y proveedores potenciales. Ser responsable de la negociación, desarrollo y firma de contratos; coordinar con equipos legales y financieros para redactar, revisar y finalizar contratos. Asegurar el cumplimiento de términos contractuales y políticas de la compañía. Identificar oportunidades de optimización de costos. Colaborar con las partes interesadas internas. Implementar y documentar procesos de mejora continua. Educación y experiencia Licenciatura en Negocios, Finanzas, Ingeniería, Gestión de la Cadena de Suministro u otros campos relacionados. 6 años de experiencia en Abastecimiento Estratégico, Ventas, Gestión de la Cadena de Suministro y/o Compras. Deseable experiencia trabajando con proveedores en la industria automotriz, de seguros o áreas relacionadas.
