Description Sales Executive takes care of: Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, industry events, and online research. Maintain and grow a pipeline of qualified leads to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Build and nurture long‑term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals. Understand customer needs and present tailored product or service solutions. Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and quotations. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and delivery terms in line with company policies and profitability goals. Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, operations, finance) to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment. Maintain up‑to‑date records of sales activities, opportunities, and client interactions in the CRM system. Provide regular reports on sales performance, pipeline status, and market trends to management. Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to promote products and services. Gather customer and market feedback to support product development and marketing strategies. Requirements 2‑4 years of experience in a sales support, administrative, or customer service role. Familiarity with SAP systems. Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets. Strong understanding of the complete sales cycle, from prospecting to closing. Experience preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, and managing key accounts.
