Senior Designer at Hogarth We are looking for a Senior Designer to join our production and creative team in Mexico City. Scope of the role The Designer is a key creative contributor responsible for concepting and executing compelling visual solutions that bring brand strategies to life across multiple channels. Responsibilities Collaborate with art directors, copywriters, and account teams to develop and execute creative concepts. Design for digital ads, websites, social media, email campaigns, presentations, print collateral, and OOH. Translate brand guidelines into modern creative solutions. Contribute to brainstorming and ideation sessions. Prepare and present design ideas internally and to clients, articulating rationale and design decisions. Ensure all creative work is visually consistent, technically accurate, and meets project deadlines. Stay current on design, digital, and cultural trends. Partner with production artists and developers for seamless execution. Requirements 3–5 years of design experience, preferably within an agency or in‑house creative team. Strong portfolio demonstrating conceptual thinking and design execution across print, digital, and social platforms. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); motion design (After Effects) or Figma is a plus. Strong understanding of typography, layout, and visual hierarchy. Ability to balance multiple projects and adapt quickly in a fast‑paced environment. Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
