What We’re Looking For We’re looking for a highly motivated and talented analyst to join our Investments & Asset Management team. Key responsabilities Conduct thorough due diligence on new investment opportunities (both desktop and on-site) Develop and maintain detailed financial models to evaluate project feasibility and returns Repare high-quality pitdecks and investment memorandums for internal and external stakeholders Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related disciplines. English proficiency. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Critical thinking, great organizational skills, and great numerical and mathematical skills. Preferred: financial and commercial real estate knowledge; strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
