Job Description General Objective Responsible for leading engineering change projects that give maintenance to the product during its life. Communicate, understand, interpret, coordinate and manage engineering changes for the success of the project. Academic Requirements Mechatronic, Electrical, Mechanical, Electromechanical, Electronics Engineering or related career. Qualifications & Knowledge 2-4 years of experience in manufacturing, preferably in product engineering. Ability to handle, read, and use engineering drawings, knowledge and use of CAD/CAE software. Knowledge of GD&T. Knowledge of how to validate and coordinate engineering changes. Lead meetings with multidisciplinary teams to communicate, manage, coordinate, and implement product engineering changes. Ability to manage troubleshooting and root cause analysis. Abilities & Preferred Skills Dynamic. Taste for technical and administrative work. Structured and organized. Effective communication. Teamwork. Leadership. Duties & Responsibilities Coordinate technical activities, drawings, deliverables, BOM. Coordinate activities with the multidisciplinary team for the success of the project. Coordinate and execute technical analysis in cases of feeding a root cause analysis. Correctly implement engineering changes in the organization. Provide escalation support to the technical or project team. Escalate potential risks identified in time, and those that are identified as urgent, escalated immediately for the correct allocation of resources.
