The Creative Director will be responsible for shaping and executing a cohesive, modern, and high-impact visual identity that distinguishes the company across all communications channels. This senior individual contributor role combines hands-on design with strategic leadership, driving creative direction across digital campaigns, social media, email, events, sales enablement, and the company website. Working closely with cross-functional teams, the Creative Director will bring complex ideas to life through compelling visuals, maintain brand consistency, and integrate AI-powered design tools to enhance creativity, efficiency, and personalization at scale.We’re Looking for Someone Who Has:7–9 years of experience in visual, brand, or marketing design—ideally in a B2B SaaS or tech environment.A strong, modern portfolio that demonstrates versatility, taste, and impact across digital formats.Expert-level proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and Figma; motion/animation experience is a plus.A strategic mindset and high standards for execution—you care as much about why something exists as how it looks.Experience owning and scaling visual identity systems.Comfort working cross-functionally and communicating clearly with stakeholders.A proactive approach to using AI to enhance creative output without sacrificing originality or quality.Strong curiosity and working knowledge of generative AI tools for image creation, layout, animation, and/or design automation (e.g., Midjourney, Runway, Adobe Firefly, Figma AI).The ability to balance speed with craft in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.Fluency in English required. #J-18808-Ljbffr
