What You Will Do We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Technical Program Manager to own and drive end-to-end product development, from ideation through implementation and adoption, in a cross‑functional, fast‑paced, and highly technical environment. This role supports the successful planning, execution, and reporting of product releases, strategic initiatives, and enterprise compliance certifications. Key Responsibilities Shepherd ideas from concept into development, ensuring value propositions and business models are clear and validated. Capacity planning based on historical velocity. Ensure the team is staffed, funded, and operates within budget. Facilitate quarterly and release planning, scrum‑of‑scrums, and program reviews. Provide data views of timelines, completion, quality, and technical debt. Coordinate system and solution demos. Collaborate with Customer Support, Services, Marketing, and Sales to ensure customers adopt releases and issues are resolved quickly. Identify and rapidly mitigate risk and uncertainty. Eliminate/manage impediments, risks, and dependencies with a focus on lean flow. Integrate and receive user feedback early and often. Conduct retrospectives and root cause analyses, following up on actions for continual improvement. Guide and mentor Scrum Masters and other program managers. Provide transparency into program health and key performance indicators. Support compliance initiatives such as IRAP, FedRAMP, and ISO 27001. Track and report project progress using Aha, Jira, and Confluence. Document project requirements, success metrics, and timelines with stakeholders. Support regular stakeholder updates and executive reports. Foster a culture of collaboration, performance, and accountability. Who You’ll Work With You will work with Product Managers, Product Owners, UX, Architects, Engineering Managers, and Scrum Masters to ensure there is a properly prepared backlog. What Makes You a Qualified Candidate Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field. Minimum 5 years of experience as a Program/Project Manager. Experience leading medium‑to‑large scale programs with cross‑functional stakeholders using an Agile development approach. Curious to learn and experiment with AI. What You Will Bring PMP/PgMP Certified. Tech savvy with prior experience as a developer or tester, understanding modern software development practices. Experience across multiple industries such as finance, retail, etc. Experience with cloud technology and delivering SaaS. Experience leading programs with global teams. Experience using AI and deep understanding of Lean, XP, Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe. Excellent influencing, communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
