Responsibilities: Manage and optimize collaboration with local PR agencies to ensure effective execution of brand communication strategies Develop and implement content strategies for social media and the official website to enhance brand awareness and user engagement Analyze social media and media sentiment data to provide actionable insights and strategic recommendations Support crisis communication efforts, respond promptly to media inquiries, and protect the company's reputation Ensure all communication materials align with brand tone and industry standards Requirements: Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or a related field Minimum of 2 years of experience in public relations, communications, or a related area Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spainish Familiarity with social media operations, PR campaign execution, and crisis management procedures Prior experience working in a PR agency is preferred
