With this expanded platform, we aim to be the go-to partner across the credit lifecycle for both consumer-finance and commercial/lease portfolios.About the RoleOur team runs on HubSpot, Excel, and a dozen other systems that don't talk to each other. Your job is to connect them, build dashboards that actually get used, and surface insights that change how we forecast and sell.This is not a chart-assembly role. You need to understand what the data means, spot anomalies, and explain why the pipeline forecast looks different from expected revenue. You'll work with AI tools, build calculations, and tell stories that executives can act on.You report to the Director of Revenue Operations in the US. You'll work closely with sales leadership, implementations, and finance to build the reporting infrastructure that drives accountability across the organization.Key ResponsibilitiesDashboard development: Build and maintain dashboards in Power BI, Looker Studio, HubSpot, or Excel for pipeline, forecasting, and revenue reportingData integration: Connect HubSpot, Excel, and other source systems into unified reporting views; manage ETL processes and data qualityForecasting support: Build pressure-tested revenue forecasts that reconcile closed deals to actual revenue recognition; track day-one revenue timing and variancePipeline analytics: Monitor deal velocity by product, stage conversion rates, and quarter-over-quarter activity trendsCustomer health reporting: Track onboarding status, implementation timelines, and revenue seasoning across the portfolioExecutive reporting: Prepare board-ready reports and investor presentations with clean visualizations and accurate dataData analysis: Interpret trends, identify gaps between forecast and actual, and recommend actions based on what the numbers showAI integration: Use ChatGPT and similar tools to accelerate analysis, automate reporting workflows, and surface insights from large datasets3 to 5 years in revenue operations, sales operations, business intelligence, or analytics rolesExpert-level Excel skills: pivot tables, VLOOKUP/INDEX-MATCH, Power Query, complex formulas, and data modelingExperience building dashboards in Power BI, Looker Studio, Tableau, or similar BI toolsHubSpot reporting experience (custom reports, deal pipelines, property configuration)SQL proficiency for querying databases and building ad-hoc analysisStrong analytical thinking: you don't just build reports, you interpret them and explain what mattersExperience reconciling sales data to revenue recognition timelinesFluent English communication for working with US-based stakeholdersCompetitive SalaryGrocery TicketsMedical InsuranceLife InsuranceDental Insurance #J-18808-Ljbffr
