Job Description Start on March 2nd with a new role with us What you’ll do Utilize appropriate sales techniques to encourage good customer relationships and enhance the buying experience. Apply customer relationship and/or sales techniques to recommend and/or sell a variety of AT&T products or services to meet customers’ needs. Provide customer service & billing support, solving any issue related with a customer’s account. Add new lines or services to accounts to help customers’ business grow. Uncover customer needs by building rapport, asking discovery questions, providing empathy statements, and restating the understanding of customers’ needs beyond just the resolution of the issue. Find a personalized solution that fits each customer. Make a recommendation (rate plan, how to reduce data usage, promotion, etc.) and use resources to ensure complete resolution. Offer products such as telephone services, hotspots, and devices that connect with a network; also be able to offer DIRECTV, Internet, programs, and different types of systems for businesses. Handle sales types including upgrades, package changes, adding new services, and plan changes. What you’ll bring Advanced English fluency to engage with U.S. customers. Experience using a personal computer and Microsoft Office products is a must. 1 year of sales experience (or excellent communication skills). Ability to work 5 days (40 hours during operation hours) + 2 resting days per week. Our center operates from 06:00 am to 08:00 pm CST, Monday to Saturday (considering Daylight Saving Time & Holidays). Compensation & Benefits Monthly Base Salary: MXN $22,133 (before taxes). Average monthly bonus of MXN $8,000 when you meet sales and service targets. Monthly grocery vouchers: MXN $1,583 every 14 days. Monthly restaurant vouchers: MXN $1,267 every 14 days. Schedule & Hours Schedules are based on the operating hours of your site. This position requires availability to work 5 days (40 hours during operation hours) + 2 resting days per week; we operate from 06:00 am to 08:00 pm Monday to Saturday, including Daylight Saving Time & Holidays.
